About the Artists

Hattie C.

My name is Hattie Cavallaro, I'm a New Hampshire based artist with a BFA in Fine Arts. I'm passionate about creating art, I work with acrylic painting and drawing materials. I also enjoy bookmaking and sewing.

One of many themes I enjoy exploring through my work is Disability Representation. As someone with Invisible Disabilities (IST, Dysautonomia, AFRD and Anxiety) Disability Representation is incredibly important to me. Seeing and experiencing disability is what inspires me to create work that is meant to start a conversation, educate about Invisible Disabilities, and to explore my identity as someone who is disabled.

Hannah P.

Hannah has been one of my best friends from the beginning of the Bubble Girl community. Her poetic heart and incredible strength has been an inspiration. She's also an MCAS mama, but to beautiful twins. Whether its a written story or a digital painting, Hannah uses her disabilities to fuel her art.

Trophy Husband-- A.k.a T.J.

My amazing husband, TJ, is one of the most talented artists I've ever met. TJ has never felt it was possible to pursue his passion in art, so its my goal to one day be able to support him and make him my Trophy Husband. He will one day be able to stay at home, make art, and raise our daughter all day like he dreams.

Recently TJ has started his quest to educate himself on mental health. This has channeled into his art, which he created during Mental Health Awareness Month. He made this art in the hopes to express himself and raise awareness for depression and anxiety.

Sarah M.

Sarah M. has been in the Bubble Girl community for years, even becoming a beloved Mod in the lives. Despite her full schedule, Sarah has sent me many digital designs that she's put together-- inspired by our community and lives. She is an artist at heart who spends her off days prioritizing her family and cats and working in the garden.
